Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original streetwear packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
